35th Anniversary $100k Matching Challenge
Double Your Impact for the Stage, the Artists, and the Future
For 35 years, Livermore Valley Opera has brought powerful, world-class opera to the Tri-Valley — enriching our community, supporting extraordinary artists, and inspiring audiences of all ages.
To celebrate this milestone anniversary, a generous anonymous donor has committed a $100,000 matching gift in support of LVO’s next chapter.
From April 1 – July 31 every new or increased donation will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to the full $100,000 instantly doubling your impact.
Who Qualifies for the Match?
Whether it’s your first gift or a deepened commitment, the match makes every dollar go further for the artists and audiences who make LVO extraordinary.
New Donors
New donors include those who have never donated to LVO and past donors who have not made a donation to LVO within the past 24 months.
Returning Donors
Any increase in the amount you donated to LVO in 2025 will be matched. If you donated $100 in 2025 and you donate $150 during this campaign, the increased amount of $50 will be matched.
Pledged Donors
For donors who prefer to keep their yearly schedule of giving at the end of the year, any new pledge or increased pledge above what you gave in 2025 will be matched. Your generous 2026 pledged amount must be received by December 31, 2026 in order to qualify for this match.
